Reporting a problem

Please include your device type, app version, when the issue occurred and what you did. Hide unnecessary personal information, including children’s names and speech, in screenshots. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Audio problems

Check microphone permission, volume and Bluetooth output in your device settings. Games require an internet connection.

Deleting records or your account

You can delete a child’s profile in app settings. To delete your whole account, open Settings → Account. Contact us if you cannot complete these steps.

Purchases

The app is being prepared for public release. In versions that support purchases, check prices, allowances and renewal conditions in the app. Manage Apple purchases through your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
