Designing the Service Foundation, Starting from the Hardware
From the startup's earliest days — beginning with industrial design of the transmitter and ramp-up to mass production, then expanding to the experience of discovering and using the service, plus initial branding including logo and accessories. The total design value was implemented as the service foundation, accelerating business growth and earning the Good Design Gold Prize.

Designing Real-World Connection for a Digital Service
A project that began with the question, “How do you strengthen real-world connection for a digital service?” At the foot of Mt. Takao in Tokyo, we produced a real-world touchpoint for the service. Through hikes and run events, user support, and collaborative exhibitions with partner brands, the aim was for users to gather naturally — making the place a community hub where the service's core value, the “circle of safety,” could grow.
